There is a fee for accessing the images contained in the Clerk's Office Land Records System. You may use the indexes without a fee. Access to the images will be via a monthly subscription. A complete explanation of this method may be accessed by clicking on “subscriber agreement,” below. By law, all individual users must fill out and file, with the Clerk's Office, an original of the “Registration Form” accessed below. Every user must submit a registration form, but for businesses, only one subscriber agreement is required.
