There is a fee for accessing the images contained in the Clerk’s Office Land Records System. You may to use the indexes without a fee. We will offer two methods for access. One, as we have already explained in a prior message, will be a charge of 50 cents per page, payable by a credit card. An explanation of this method is included on this page and can be accessed by clicking on “Prior Notice” below. The second method of access will be via a “Monthly Subscription.” A complete explanation of this method may be accessed by clicking on “Subscriber Agreement” below. By law, all users must fill out and file an original of the “Registration Form,” also accessed below. Every user must submit a registration form, but for businesses, only one subscriber agreement is required.
